How Healtho collects, uses, protects, and shares personal data for health coverage, payments, claims, and support.
Healtho W.L.L. collects and processes personal data so it can quote, onboard, administer, support, and operate health coverage and related services. Some data may be sensitive health, identity, payment, or policy information. Healtho limits access to what is needed for the relevant service, support, regulatory, or security purpose.

Healtho keeps data for as long as needed to provide services, handle claims and billing, meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. After that, data is deleted, anonymized, or retained only where a lawful reason requires it.
